Decision Desk called the race for Steve Hilton on Monday evening after another mail-in ballot dump favored Democrat Steyer—but it wasn't enough to put him over the finish line.

Hilton will face off against Democrat Xavier Becerra, the former Health and Human Services Secretary for Biden.
