[Breitbart.com] ...Joe Biden has sued the US Department of Justice (DOJ) in his quest to block private audio recordings from 2016 and 2017 between him and his biographer. Filed in Washington, DC, on Tuesday, the lawsuit "comes ahead of the department's planned June 15 release of the materials to the US House Judiciary Committee and the conservative Heritage Foundation," per Reuters: The foundation sought them after they were used as part ?of then-Special Counsel Robert Hur's 2023 investigation into Biden's handling of classified documents.
