"This is actually very serious in terms of the legal side of things," notes Philipp. "Remember as well, Trump has a lawsuit against Twitter ... that lawsuit is on the basis that the censorship being done by social media sites—Twitter in particular, but also others—is government censorship."

"That would constitute government censorship through the medium of private business," emphasized Philipp. "...What that shows is that government is the hand, these private businesses [are] the glove, and they're using that glove to take away your freedom of speech ... ironically it's fascism, public/private partnership working together to steal your rights."
