Update/clarification, Monday, January 31, 2022.

Now Arizona and Wisconsin have both initiated legislative steps to decertify their 2020 elections.

On Jan. 26, the Wisconsin Assembly voted to send a resolution to officially withdraw Joe Biden's 10 electoral votes–which contributed to the certification of his controversial victory following the hotly contested 2020 Presidential Election–to the Wisconsin Assembly Rules Committee, citing voter fraud. After the legislation heads to the Rules Committee, it will then go on to the Wisconsin Senate for confirmation.

Wisconsin is the second state with action to seek to de-certify electors for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris in the 2020 election retroactively.
