[TheEpochTimes.com] The Preventing Animal Abuse and Waste (PAAW) Act of 2021 would prevent the NIAID director, currently Dr. Anthony Fauci, from conducting or supporting research that could result in death, irreversible damage, significant pain, or distress to dogs.
