Grandma And The Elementary Kids

In an Instagram post, retired teacher Sandy Reichart shared a heartwarming video of her mom and several elementary school kids. She wrote, "Up at my mom's again today. Every day when the elementary bus goes by her house, this is what happens. This makes my mom's day."

[The video shows Sandy's mother waving, while she walks toward the school bus as it approaches her house. As the bus nears her, the horn beeps and children can be heard joyfully cheering and saying "Hi," as they wave from their seats.]

This heartwarming video has moved thousands that and has gone viral. It received more than 175,000 likes on Instagram. And people couldn't help but share their sentiments on the beautiful moment.

Instagram user, Dawn Smith, wrote, "People don't understand that sometimes the smallest gestures means the most... always do your best to be friendly you don't know what others may be going thru."

Another user, who claimed to be Sandy's mom's mail carrier, said, "I am your mom's mail carrier!!!! She is the most sweetest, most amazing person!!!! I love sitting there talking to her on route. She is such a hoot."

And many other people also attested and wrote in the comments how the video made their day.
