'I Can't Get Out!': Heart-Pumping Bodycam Footage Shows Cops' Dramatic Rescue as Trapped Woman's Car Quickly Sinks in River

[Faithwire.com] Police in Muncie, Indiana, had absolutely no time to spare when a frantic woman called 911 around 1:20 a.m. on Sunday to report that her vehicle was quickly sinking in a local river—and she was trapped inside. (Image: WTHR /YouTube /via Faithwire)

"I'm in the White River and my car doors won't open. I don't know what happened," the frantic 18-year-old victim told authorities. "I think my eyes went blank or something. Again, in the river and I can't get out."

As authorities rushed to the scene, the woman let dispatch know the water was starting to fill the inside of the car.

"It's so cold and it's coming up to my neck," she said through tears. "It's not stopping."
