French President Emmanuel Macron announced Monday anyone who wants to go out to eat or enter a shopping mall must carry a COVID-19 pass indicating they're vaccinated, showing a recent negative virus test, or proving they've recently recovered from the illness, according to the Associated Press.
Furthermore, the French leader ordered all health care workers to be fully vaccinated by Sept. 15 and urged French citizens to take the shots as soon as they can.
