"...We need to save America's children. We need to save America's values, we need to save America's principles and we need to save America's Constitution. Together, we can take back our country." -Christie Hutcherson, Founder of Women Fighting For America
[Women Fighting For America] Amid the current chaos in America, a newly-formed organization has emerged, declaring that "American women are a brave force to be reckoned with." (Screengrab image)
According to their website, "Women Fighting For America (WFFA)" was founded as a way for women who feel they are being called to get involved, to "rise up to protect our families, our children, our safety, our freedoms, our financial security, for both now and for future generations ... we are rising up as ONE VOICE of a multitude of women that will make a difference!"
Speaking about the great need for this group, founder, Christie Hutcherson, explains, "There's a lot at risk right now. And we are at a pivotal point in history. And if we do not rise up, as women; fierce, bold, strong, to say, 'We're not going to allow this disease to spread across our country anymore,' [then] I'm fearful for my children, and my children's children. What are we leaving behind ... what legacy? Women, we're the heart of the home—the heart of the family. We're the heart of America, and I think that we can get our point across, firmly, boldly—but also do it with a loving, velvet fist."
A news release on the organization describes WFFA as a "safe place for women of all ages to speak out and be a solution in these important times":
Our goal is to encourage bravery in women today to be the strength of our country and families. This is a platform for voices in America to bridge the gap of divisiveness and confusion. To use our freedom of speech and restore truth and peace within our great land in these chaotic and confusing times.
We can restore, protect and shape our nation's future by elevating & promoting the truth about our Judeo-Christian founding roots of our government in America.
We can educate our children without bias.
We can protect our Constitution.
We can do something to reach out to hurting families and children in our communities to make a difference.
We can be a light in the darkness, bold advocates for what once were America's values and the American dream.
We will use our freedom of speech to restore peace within our great land.
The group will be making their presence known with the "Heal Our Land Tour," which is scheduled to begin in September:
The "Heal Our Land" nationwide bus tour will begin in Miami, Florida on September 5, 2020, and continue across America through November 1, with our final stop in Washington, DC. (Screengrab image)
The "Heal Our Land" movement is to gather, show our love, enjoy our diversity, and come together to celebrate our unity. The tour will help elevate the choices that we have as free Americans and will target key electoral states and communities to help get out the vote and most importantly pray for the healing of America.
Each tour stop will include dynamic speakers and organizing efforts to continue the education and local engagement activities that will celebrate our resolve to see our land healed and restore our beacon of light to the world.
"The problem with the next generation," says Hutcherson in the video, "is they're not teaching them the Constitution, they're not teaching them the Bible—we've allowed it to go on too long. We've been silent too long ... Hopefully we'll raise up some local women, in their communities, who are making a difference in their community. The main focus of Women Fighting For America, is to fight for the soul of our country.
We need to save America's children. We need to save America's values, we need to save America's principles and we need to save America's Constitution. And together, we can take back our country." Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
