According to a report by Tousi TV, the IRGC launched attacks on commercial vessels in the Strait, and also sent drones toward US ships.

The US conducted "defensive airstrikes" on IRGC boats, as well as air defense systems and missile launchers in southern Iran. The US reportedly was able to eliminate "a number of IRGC senior members both in Iraq and in southern Iran."

"US forces conducted self-defense strikes in southern Iran today to protect our troops from threats posed by Iranian forces. US Central Command continues to defend our forces while using restraint during the ongoing ceasefire," US Central Command (CENTCOM) spokesperson Capt. Tim Hawkins relayed, according to a CBN News report.

In the meantime, as IRGC proxy / Hezbollah terrorists have continued strikes against Israel, Netanyahu announced a new operation against Hezbollah in Lebanon named: "Arrows of Fire." 

As some have worried about Trump "selling out" to the IRGC by giving them money in a peace deal, President Trump posted a meme on Truth Social showing "pallets of cash" for "Obama's Iran policy" vs Trump's Iran Policy depicting a US destroyer shooting down Iranian regime drones. Over the weekend, Trump posted, "Negotiations with the Islamic Republic of Iran are proceeding nicely! It will only be a great deal for all, or no deal at all—back to the battlefront and shooting, but bigger and stronger than ever before—and nobody wants that!"
