This disaster began when Democrats on the House Oversight Committee released what they called a "tranche of correspondence" from the Jeffrey Epstein Estate, bizarrely packaged as a "blow against the White House's Epstein cover-up."

The three emails they released, spanning from 2011 to 2019, turned out to be nothing more than cherry-picked, heavily edited fragments designed to launch a fake political hit.
