The battle about Covid shot mandates continues.

[Today], Friday, January 5, 2024, the Supreme Court will decide whether to hear a critical case about the federal mandates that required military members to take the shot (an experimental drug) to remain in service.

The case is being brought forth for consideration by Justice Clarence Thomas. ...He will present the case to the other Justices to see if they will vote to add the case to the next session of the Court. It is called Dan Robert, et al., Petitioners v. Lloyd J. Austin III, Secretary of Defense, et al.

Army Surgeon Lt. Col. Theresa Long has been the advocate and point person to stand up about the impact and injustice of the mandate as she saw the results in her patients. We have been praying for her as she has spoken up about the effects of the shot on Army pilots, among other concerns. She reached out to IFA for prayer on this case.

Army Lt. Col. Theresa Long, an aviation safety officer and Army flight surgeon stationed at Fort Rucker, spoke this week at a Capitol Hill roundtable hosted by Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wisconsin. Testifying under the Military Whistleblower Protection Act, Long said her vaccine concerns— including efforts to ground pilots to monitor symptoms of myocarditis— were ignored by military leaders, The Washington Times reported.

"After I reported to my command my concerns that in one morning I had to ground three out of three pilots due to vaccine injuries, the next day my patients were canceled, my charts were pulled for review, and I was told I would not be seeing acute patients anymore, just healthy pilots there for their flight physical," she said.

Long testified she had two patients who reported chest pains after they were vaccinated. Both were diagnosed with pericarditis, or swelling of the outer lining of the heart. The Centers for Disease Control said it is "actively monitoring" reports of pericarditis following COVID vaccinations but said the benefits of being vaccinated "far outweigh" potential risks of having a "rare adverse reaction to vaccination."

Long said her concerns were ignored by superiors and the Army didn't "even pause" vaccinations to look into the issue.

"I made numerous efforts to get senior medical leaders to at the very least inform soldiers of this risk; my concerns were ignored," Long said. (Excerpt from AL.com).

Liberty Counsel reported:

Lt. Col. Long joined ROTC at age 16 and enlisted in the Army at 17. A medical doctor and a flight surgeon, Dr. Long also holds a master's degree in public health and has specialized training in epidemiology and biostatistics. As such, Dr. Long is an expert in the DOD Defense Military Epidemiology Database (DMED) that tracks all military medical treatment.

After Biden ordered the military to take the COVID shots, Dr. Long noticed a sudden sharp increase in debilitating health issues among the pilots whose health she was assessing for flight readiness. Dr. Long turned to the DMED database to see if other military members were also experiencing issues.

Comparing 2021 (the year the military COVID shot mandates went into effect) to the prior five years, Dr. Long found shocking increases in neurological issues, female infertility, miscarriages, pulmonary embolisms, cancer, Bell's palsy, myocardial infarction, congenital malformations in newborns, and much more.

Dr. Long shared her research with other experts who confirmed her findings. Yet, the military brass refused to act on this shocking truth.

But wait, it gets worse ...

When Dr. Long agreed to testify in our case Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin, the Biden administration committed the CRIME of witness tampering.

On the evening before our hearing in March 2022, I was reviewing testimony with our witness, Lt. Col. Theresa Long, when she received a call from her commander who ordered her not to testify regarding certain critical information relevant to our case! I have never witnessed anything like this. The government intentionally threatened a witness under subpoena on the eve of testimony in a federal court. Under federal law 18 USC 1512, it is a crime to intimidate or threaten a witness with the intent to influence, alter, or withhold their testimony. But once again, it showed that the Biden administration thinks the law does not apply to them.

Dr. Long prayed about whether to obey her chain of command or to testify the next day. The morning of our hearing, Dr. Long says the Holy Spirit gave her a verse: "If you are called to testify about something you have seen or that you know about, it is sinful to refuse to testify, and you will be punished for your sin" (Lev. 5:1).

Dr. Long testified, and Joe Biden was later forced to retract his unlawful and dangerous military shot mandate. This week, via a settlement agreement, Biden's Department of Defense was forced to pay 1.8 million dollars for the two years of litigation we spent on this case.
