Grevi Geovani Rivera-Zavala, who has a criminal record in Honduras, reportedly raped the teenage victim Saturday inside the women's restroom of a restaurant in Prattville.

The girl told investigators that the illegal thug forced her into a stall, held her down and raped her. Prosecutors believe this is a random attack as the girl did not know the illegal alien.

"This rape never should have happened," District Attorney CJ Robinson said.

Rivera-Zavala "was originally detained at the Texas border in 2021 under a different name but was later fingerprinted and allowed into the country," WSFA reports.

The judge denied him bond citing a threat to the community and Aniah's Law, a state law passed in 2022 meant to deny bail to violent offenders accused of crimes ranging from human trafficking to murder.

When asked by a Dallas Morning News reporter Wednesday at the White House about a surge of illegals with the end of Title 42, ...Biden scoffed, "Gimme a break."
