Analysis: The US Air Force has somehow become a battleground for woke politics, vaccine mandates, and gender ideology. Those who want to stay true to their convictions are being persecuted on a level that is far worse than you might imagine.

This week, I felt led to have us pray for the Air Force. It is Veterans Day weekend, after all, and we owe our service members more than I can articulate in this article. I hope in honor of their service, we can fight for them in prayer this week.

To that end, I interviewed a formerly Active Duty Air Force service member in the DC area about what God is doing and how we can be praying for this branch of the military.

You can't even say "mom" or "dad"? White Supremacists are a bigger threat than Russia and China?

I knew things inside the Air Force were hard for many Believers right now, but this interview gives fresh insight into what is actually going on, even in our own military.

I am retired Air Force, and I currently live right next to a couple Air Force bases (I see F-35s and F-22s fly right in front of my home daily). So most of my friends and people I go to church with are Air Force. Several people I know are struggling because they chose not to get vaccinated and they are being pressured out of the Air Force, and all the while they're being persecuted, pushed out of their jobs, and treated extremely poorly. It's a huge hit to their career and future financial stability, but also a huge hit to their morale, sense of worth, and sense of stability in their living situation. This has conflicted with their desire to serve their country and do right, and I've heard a few times that the Air Force is no longer the same as it once was and has lost a lot of its integrity and honor.

The entire vaccine and progressive changes in the Air Force and the marginalization of those with different views and perspectives causes the Air Force to shift even more extreme because as those who were conservative voices are being pushed out, the more extreme progressives have more space to flourish. People who have conservative views are more and more marginalized and treated poorly in the Air Force.

So prayer would be amazing for both those members who are facing persecution and at a crossroads of their life, as well as the Air Force as a whole who are being more radicalized with the progressive left. In the Air Force Academy, they are taught CRT, that white supremacists in the Republican party are the #1 threat to the security of this country (above Russia and China) and they are instructed to use gender neutral terms like "parents/caregivers/guardians" instead of "mom and dad" and "partner" instead of "boyfriend/girlfriend."

The Air Force could use prayer for its current state, but also for the future of its new generation of officers that are being dangerously groomed to have an extremely narrow worldview.

Wow. Did you know it had gotten this bad? How did this happen on our watch? We may have missed it at first, but now we know and we have to act.

Isn't it fitting that Veteran's Day Weekend, the prayer warriors of America rise up and pray that the Kingdom of God would come in our own earthly military?

With that in mind, let us pray:

-Father, protect Your people in the Air Force from indoctrination and persecution!

-Father, we ask that You uproot and remove the divisive and evil doctrines that are being forced on us all over this country. Uproot it, Lord!

-Father, we pray for conviction, bravery, and backbone for those facing persecution. Bring revival in the Air Force, God! We ask for a sign and a wonder by reforming our military and removing godless ideology!

Be on your guard; you will be handed over to the local councils and be flogged in the synagogues. On My account you will be brought before governors and kings as witnesses to them and to the Gentiles. But when they arrest you, do not worry about what to say or how to say it. At that time you will be given what to say, for it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you (Matt. 10:17-20).

Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.
