'If I Die I Love the Lord': Man Sends Desperate Tweets during Nairobi Terror Attack

[Faithwire.com] A man who was caught up in the Nairobi terror attack has been found safe and well after sending a series of frantic tweets declaring his love for God and his family. Ron Ng'eno was trapped inside the seven-story DusitD2 Hotel when Islamic militants burst into the complex, set off bombs and opened fire indiscriminately. (Photo source: Informante)

"If I die I love the Lord and believe I will go to Heaven please tell my family I love the[m]," he wrote. "I love you Caleb, Mark and Carol."

Later, after security forces claimed they had "eliminated" the threat, Ng'eno tweeted that he was safe.

"We tried to escape, but we soon realized the attackers were coming from outside," he told The New York Times. "That's when we decided to hide in a bathroom. Luckily, they didn't come looking for us"... Subscribe for free to Breaking Christian News here
