Urgent! Warning from CDC on Romaine Lettuce: Throw What You Have Away and Don't Buy Any More

"This includes all types or uses of romaine lettuce, such as whole heads of romaine, hearts of romaine, and bags and boxes of precut lettuce and salad mixes that contain romaine, including baby romaine, spring mix, and Caesar salad." -ABC News

(Washington, DC)— [FaithFamilyAmerica.com] The CDC advises U.S. consumers not to eat any romaine lettuce. This is in response to a new multi-state outbreak of illnesses caused by a dangerous type of E. coli. There is also an outbreak in Canada. (Photo: Creative Commons-Pixabay)
